  • People with diabetes may experience a sudden drop in blood sugar. So, it is recommended to monitor your blood sugar levels if you are taking aloe vera for some other reason whatsoever.

  • Aloe vera juice can offer adverse effects with certain medications. In some cases, it increases or decreases the concentration of the drug in the bloodstream. Moreover, if you are taking the below medications, then ensure not to take aloe vera juice. They are: -

  • Laxatives

  • Diuretics like Lasix
